Our seasonal rentals typically run from November 15th through April 15th. Our lease rates include all utilities and two sets of linens and towels. Winterplace (mountainside): 2 br / 2 bath from $19-21K, 3 br / 2 bath from $23-25k.

Mountain Lodge at Okemo (ski-in ski-out): 1br / 1 bath ski-in ski-out units from $11-14k.

Brookhaven (in Village of Ludlow on shuttle route) 3br / 2 bath units from $12-13k.
