Okemo Mountain Resort

Okemo

exceptional guest service

At Okemo, we've got 2,200 vertical feet of positive outlook and it shows. Diane Mueller personally oversees the training of every employee. Vermont ski culture is what she teaches. And service with a smile is the linchpin of her philosophy. Every interaction with our guests, on and off the mountain, is an opportunity to turn a skier or rider into a lifelong member of our family. Our employees reflect this attitude by having fun doing what they do best - creating a memorable mountain experience.

Preferred Parking at the Clocktower Base Area

At the request of many of our guests, Okemo offers preferred parking in the main parking lot at the Clocktower base area. You asked for the convenience and flexibility of being able to park closer to the entrance, as well as the ability to come and go without losing your parking space, and we are happy to be providing this service. This new preferred parking option at the Clocktower base will go along with the preferred lot already in existence at Jackson Gore.  The new lot is located as a section in the main lot,  differentiated by posts and markers, and will be managed by an Okemo parking attendant on weekends and holidays. The daily fee for this parking area is $20.

Mountain Ambassadors & Guided Tours

Okemo prides itself on being one of the top rated family ski mountains in Vermont. Our Mountain Ambassadors absolutely embody the culture we strive for everyday at our resort. You will see these friendly and informative Ambassadors on weekends and holiday periods riding on the shuttle buses, surveying guests, greeting skiers and riders in the drop off areas, giving mountain tours and skiing and snowboarding with trail maps in-hand ready to assist and direct guests to the on-mountain "hot spots.

Equipment Storage Options - Convenient Locations!

Stor-A-Ski
Take advantage of Okemo's innovative day and overnight storage for skis and snowboards. Skiers and riders have unlimited in/out access all day and can store their skis and snowboards overnight and eliminate the bother of carrying equipment back and forth each day – located by the Okemo Base Lodge and Quads A & B.

Overnight Storage at Jackson Gore
The Okemo Repair Shop at Jackson Gore offers overnight ski and snowboard equipment storage for skiers and riders. This handy service eliminates the need to carry equipment back and forth each day. Skiers and riders can drop off their equipment at the end of the day and pick it up the next morning. You don't need to be a guest of the Jackson Gore Inn to take advantage of this convenience option.

Basket Room
This handy storage option offers an alternative to conventional coin-operated lockers. A daily fee allows you to store, and have unlimited access to your belongings in a convenient and secure storage area with small and large baskets available. Located inside the Okemo Base Lodge next to Resort Services, the Basket Room also offers overnight and multi-day storage options for personal belongings. Open 7:30am on weekends and holidays and 8:30am midweek, closes at 4:30pm.

Coin-Operated Lockers
You can also store your personal belongings in our conventional coin-operated lockers in the Okemo and Jackson Gore base areas.

Ski Key Rack & Lock System
These special racks offer guests a secure place to lock their skis and boards throughout the day.  Pick up your locks at the snowsports shops on our mountain, or from skikey.com.

Safety is our Priority

Strategically positioned in seven locations around the mountain, Vermont Ski Patrol and First Aid services are never far away. If you are in need of assistance, please proceed to the nearest Patrol House. Also, any lift attendant would be happy to contact the patrol for you. Call via cell phone at (802) 228-1496 daily from 8 am to 4 pm.
