mountain explorers (ages 7-14)

Your children will want to stay on the mountain all day

When your kids get older, they want to step it up a notch and spread their wings. That's exactly what our Mountain Explorers learning program helps them do. They take to the slopes and explore all five Okemo Mountain areas with kids the same age and ability with instructors that keep learning exciting. Mountain Explorers is available in full-day sessions (10 am to 3:30 pm including lunch) or as a half-day session option (beginning at 10 am or 1:30 pm). In addition, you may purchase 15 program days in advance and save! Reservations are required.  Please call the Reservation Center at 802-228-1600 to reserve your child's spot.

Kids' Glades

We've noticed that kids are naturally drawn to tree skiing. So we've developed glades for kids, working with the natural features of the mountain and its forests. The result is a tree skiing experience specifically for kids (adults may be too big). Just look for Calvin the Catamount at the entrance to each glade throughout the mountain to show your child the way.
