Okemo Mountain Resort Property Services
Okemo Mountain Resort has a Property Services Maintenance team. The maintenance team maintains all buildings at Okemo to include all of the condominiums associated with Okemo Mountain Property Management of Solitude Village and Okemo Mountain Lodge and also condominiums within the Okemo Mountain Lodging Services. We maintain the inside and the outside of each building which includes grounds. We are most often behind the scenes making it all possible. The Property Services Maintenance team is made up of people that take care of the following:
Maintenance workers take care of lighting, plumbing, refrigeration, heating, air conditioning and have reactive and pro-active repairs that need to be made. There are Carpenters on staff that takes care of repairing structures and constructing items for your use. There are Grounds staff that maintains the walkways, parking lots, decks, wood stacking and trash pick up.
The maintenance department will provide quotations for painting, wallpapering, flooring replacement or repair, electrical work, fireplace repairs, glass repairs, upholstery repairs, appliances, etc. Just speak to us about your needs and we will provide you with a quotation as soon as possible.
In the summer time, the Property Services Maintenance team renovates all of the buildings and condominiums as requested to ensure that each location is up to date and ready for the next ski season. Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 7 am – 3:30 pm, however, there are maintenance personnel on staff in the evenings to help out when needed.
In the wintertime, the Property Services Maintenance team maintains all buildings and condominiums to ensure that each guest has a pleasant experience. Our office hours are 7 days a week from 7 am – 4:30 pm, however, there are maintenance personnel on staff in the evenings to help out when needed.
